Q. How quickly will I sell my vehicle ?
A. Interested buyers are using our site and will find your listing, from there on it is up to your sales pitch, price and photographs to make the sale. If you have a good sales pitch and good photos, and people who contact you keep telling you your moggie is too expensive, you'll know it's price. If you have a good price and a good sales pitch but no photos, take some and upload them (no extra charge) and that will make more people look at your listing rather than just passing it by. If you are still getting no action, contact support via email for more specific help.
Q. Do I HAVE TO upload photographs ?
A. No you don't, but they will help get your listing noticed. We provide room for up to 5 photographs. If you take the pictures on a cloudy day and they don't look so good and then you get some more taken on a sunny day, you can always modify your listing and replace the first batch. If you don't have a digital camera and you want to post us actual photographs and have someone upload them for you, contact support by email and get a price quote before doing that, we'll scan them, polish them, upload them and post you back the originals if you want us to, but we don't do it for free.
Q. Why do I have to enter my email address to contact a seller ?
A. Sellers sometimes list their car in places other than our site. They pay fees for all of what is effectively their advertising and we want them to know that your lead came from our site. So when you fill in the contact form we send the seller an email saying, hey this potential buyer just found your listing on our site and they want to make contact with you.
Q. Why is there a delay of an hour or so after I add my moggie ?
A. We have someone manually checking every vehicle added. We are a family site and we want the opportunity to clean up people's language or photos if someone with a strange sense of humour adds a car.
